**Building What We Wished Existed**
Since our August off-site, we’ve been running at full sprint. Ninety-hour weeks have become normal. We are focused on delivering workflows that actually work: reliable MLR reviews, automated.
Automation at enterprise scale is humbling work.
Our compliance workflow now handles thousands of rules applied to a single document, up from only dozens just a few months ago. Still, we keep uncovering nuanced exceptions and edge cases that require refinement.
**What we are learning**:
The gap between “works in the demo” and “works in production” kills most products. Enterprise clients do not just need accuracy, they need to know exactly when and why something fails. You cannot ignore the edge cases, and transparency matters.
The hard part is not the technology itself, but how to ensure decades of institutional knowledge are captured and applied consistently. But can technology truly handle all the complexity humans bring to these workflows? Honestly, we do not know, but we will try.
We are taking on compliance’s hardest problems. Not because it is easy, but because it needs to be done.
